Winter or Summer?

I love summer, because I hate snow and very cold weather. But this winter we don't have any snow, which is very abnormal. Usually the temperature goes below -15, but this year the minimum has only been -4. It hasnt been so hot for about 120 years. In summer the temperature is exactly what I like, around 22 to 30.
