don't drink any soda,and avoid sweets...I know is hard but your body will get used to.When i stop drinking sodas and cut the sugar, i loose weight,without working out.
30 min. working out 3 or 4 times a day helps.Drink green tea,and don't eat after 8:00 at night.Sometimes is all in your head.think positive and you can do it!Its'a all about believing in yourself!

you can try skipping with a rope .
it helps in reducing the fat .
And take the general precautions
with oily contents of the food ...

the very much common problem with many of us, try to skip dinner and hv only soups and salads, nariyal pani, hv good break fast and bit lighter lunch, stop sugar totally, go for a walk ...brisk walking, for an hour, and if possible drink hot water all day. it will help u reducing few kilos. best of luck!!

Definitely watch what you eat. And working out is definitely an option. You'll feel better afterwords, and you'll end up looking better as well. Otherwise, just love yourself the way you are! Hope this helps!

hey there is a simple way to do that... mentally think that you will become thin.... go for a long walk with your friends everyday... and stop using bike or any other means to make your work is easy..
