Do you find it difficult to say 'no', so much so that you end up doing favours for others that you don't want to do?
If so, why?

Yes, I am always doing for other people. The word 'No' doesn't exist in my dictionary. If I find I must say 'No', which is very seldom, I try to think up a dozen and one excuses. My husband keeps telling me that I should just say 'No' full stop, and not worry about what people might think.

It's funny isn't it. I'm exactly the same. I think it's harder for women to say no than men. Little girls are generally raised to be accomodating and accepting and I think that residue seeps through to adulthood and many women find it incredibly difficult to say 'no'.

yes its a big problem with me that i cant say no to anyone even if i donn want to do a favour but when it come to me i just find myself helpless to say a clear "NO" to anyone . It always ends up with a financial loss to me...but i dont know how to get rid out of this situation but some time it make me feel that am i a emotional fool to help out all selfish people.... but to the very next time i used to do it again.... and it hurts me a lot when i did a favour for anyone and he does even realise....
