Do you justify saddam being hanged ??

This person allegedly had nuclear weapons in his possession. But he was blamed for illegal use and was overpowered by the US. Yes, m talking about Saddam Hussein. He was recently hanged to death based on the crimes against humanity.
I personally disagree because the judgement given to him was biased. I do agree he had to be punished but not so brutally. If his crimes were against humanity why wasnt he tried against it in the international court of justice rather than a court in Iraq?
I find Bush as guilty as Saddam. Even he has committed the same crimes against humanity. And I've read somewhere that the whole Iraq war was just to gain control of the oil resources in Iraq.
Do you think the trial was justified ??

Saddam was tried and convicted by his own people. They were the ones that brought him to justice for his horrendous acts against them.
If you think Bush is doing the same things Saddam did you are either ignorant or using hyperbole.

ofcourse then main issue is not neuclear weapons and all,US wants to take the control of iraq oil resources. and another main cause and tha original reason for this war is last year saddam changed the oil transactions from DOLLAR to EURO . so Dollar value decreased . so US dont want this to happen . so the only way is to kill that man.
Bush is saying he killed lot of persons. what bush had done . the same he killed lot of iraq peoples. when he will be hanged????
