Can anyone please tell me whether we have to pay any thing for using the service email alerts on mobile?

yes you have to pay re.1 per sms

Yes you have to pay for getting the email alerts on your cell / mobile. I am sure about rediff because I have used it myself. For BSNL connection it charges Re 1 per email alert. I am not sure about charges of other service providers.
