People with oily skin can have egg daily?

guys as we all know that if people with oily skin eat egg daily it causes pimples on their face. so wat alternative u think they can use to avoid pimples but eat egg coz i love to eat egg but i face this problem of pimples as well. kindly give ur suggestions
