Never been Kissed is a fantastic movie. I can so relate to the Drew Barrymore character. I was definately a nerd in school too and envied the popular girls. I would never have been invited to the prom by a cool guy.
In fact, I was so desperate for a junior prom date that I went with my homeroom teachers son. My senior prom I called a guy who said no to me. I ended up going with a guy in college that used to babysit me. I can remember going to school just to see the cutest guy in the school not that he'd ever pay attention to me. Michael Vartan plays her English teacher very well. I love how the movie ends.

ahh that is so sad, but did you have a good time once you was there?
I thought that Michael was georgous in that role and well if he was my teacher i def think that i would have paid much more attention in school!.
I too was a nerd in school and i was bullied alot and that is why i think that i love the film because i can def relate to the story.
I would love to go back to school now knowing what i know now because it would be such a different time to the horrible time that it was when i was in school

Oh definitely, I love this movie. It touches me everytime I see it! I think it's so cool that she goes back to high school undercover! I think that would be so cool, but only if I had changed a lot since high school, and I haven't, so it would still be horrible! haha.. But yea, the story is great, and I was rooting for him to come to her at the end! I so wanted to see her get the kiss, and she did. And it also give me hope, because she was in her late 20's when she got her first real kiss, and I'm 25 and have never been kissed, and I don't have the desire to just go around kissing a bunch of losers in order to find the good one!

definitely yes, all of us have our own experiences in highschool that we sometimes wished that we could go back make things a little bit better. . i really really liked this movie with several reasons and drew barrymore is very natural with her acting.. his teacher is michael vartan (also appeared in ALIAS, he's Jeniffer garner's husband in the series..)

I really like the film too. I think it's a great romance. I relate to her to a point. It's one of my favs. I love Barrymore too. And yes Michael Vartan is pretty cute to. I esp liked him in The Mists of Avalon.

It's actually a pretty great movie, it's not just a love story that can be seen there. There are lots of things that we can actually relate to in the movie.. We've all experience the life of going through the high school but the movie really showed to us some experience the people we go to with in high school.. Probably after seeing the movie some people would actually have realizations on the things that happened in their high schools.. :)

i totally agree with you, I can relate to the story because i was also a nerd at school. I can relate to the changes to how differently you look at things once your older compared to when your younger and also how what happens when your younger can have lasting effects of choices that you make as your are getting older, The effects of what happened in your ealier years can shape the rest of your life

Never Been Kissed is one of my favorite movies. I love the plot--I would love to be able to go back to high school and to do it over again. If I knew then what I knew now, I'd do it right this time. But then again, hindsight is always 20/20. I love how Drew Barrymore's character finds herself and finally becomes comfortable with who she is. And Michael Vartan's character is totally hot!

I have to say that i agree with you 100%
I would love to be able to go back to school because i think that i will be able to show them a thing or too. If only life was that simple
And i can assure you that none of my teachers was as good looking as Michael. If they was i know that i would have def paid more attention at school
