Hey there as i am working with a BPO so it depends on the shift timing ...its like when i have night shift i sleep in day when i have day shift i sleep at night

I sleep at 12 12:30 at night and wake up at 5:30 in the morning...but i do take short naps in the day to cover my 7 hours of sleep

oh its a difficult question for me to answer . my sleeping time differs daily , some days i hang out with my friends till early hours , some day till mid night or some days i go to sleep around 8 itself. im trying to change it coz im not a teenager anymore

Ah...actually if allowed il sleep for 22*7 hrs... but ya cos of dis eng i sleep at around 12 or 1
