There are a number of things that I've learned from my parents---from my father: 1.)to value one's work 2.)to be very hardworking and 3.)to be generous
From my mother, on the other hand, is where I learned to 1.) to place my family on top of my priorities 2.) to be sensitive to the needs of the people around me 3.)to be patient, considerate & understanding.
Above all, she taught how to cook...and that's what I am grateful of because I get to use that skill now that I am married.
How about you, what are things that your parents have taught you? Would you mind sharing it with me?
