What do you do when a woman ends up with sextuplets?

A woman here in Canada has had sextuplets on the weekend. She had been taking fertility drugs, now here's the ethical dilemma. Should they have selectively aborted 3 or so fetus's to give the other ones a chance? The babies are in fair condition, but are expected to suffer multiple disabilites. There's another twist. They are Jehovah's Witnesses, and it looks like the babies will need multiple blood transfusions, of course they will refuse this. I think they're selfish in a whole lot of ways. What do you think?

When I think of these six premature children I feel very very sad for them. Those tiny children are struggling for their lives, yet they didn’t ask to be here. When I think of the mother, my blood just boils. As soon as I heard of these multiple births I just knew it had to be IVF. she has selectively killed three helpless children remaining three more.In my considered opinion the best thing to do is for everybody to maximise reproductive research..

The first thing I would do is ask my boss for a raise. If he said no, I would immediately look for a higher paying job. I would also search the sales papers for everything I bought, its hard enough supporting 1 kid, let alone 6 kids.
