what will be the best cheese to use for CheeseSteak?

i am wondering what cheese to use for the ( Philly ) Cheesesteaks to be very yummy & juicy!

We use a combination of Mozzarella, Provolone and a bit of shredded Swiss cheese.

hmm,im not sure,but my cook experience tells that provolone would be great for it:)

When we make our cheese steaks we always use mozrella cheese and once we used provolone it was okay. Ahhhh those sound sound good.
