What's the one word you use most when you speak?

I am sure you have experienced this. I myself use the word "absolutely" with almost every sentence that comes out of my mouth. I think it is the comfort that we find in the pronunciation of that particular word which makes us use it so often. However, i also feel that such a practice should not become a part of our vocabulary. It limits us from exploring and obtaining the knowledge of using the right word for the right expression. Ironically, i never tend to use that word unnecessarily when writing. Expressions of the same things by words spoken and by words written are so different, it probably has got to do with the time we have while peaking as compared to teh time we have while writing and also because of the enhanced focus during writing.
