What is the way to protect ourselve from natural disaster.

I am thinking for a year taht, is the disasters which are occurring is it the fault of human being or it happens because it is to be happen

Definitely it is our fault. For comfort sake we are making more unfriendly features to the nature. so we are receiving the sogns of results. The ultimate will give you no chance to protect.
