how do i tell him that its not okay to never show

I work at a place where i can interact with many people, i met a guy at work, for a few weeks he has been asking me out and then telling me to call him when i get to the place where im suppost to meet him. i go, call him and tell him im there and he never shows, im never alone when i go to the places where im suppost to meet him so im not sitting there alone, but when i see him at work, he makes an effort to say he is sorry about not showing and we go off alone and spend time together

wow, that dude seems to either be really busy, a complete moron, or using you as someone to hang with if he has nothing else better to do (social safety net).
Screw people like that. If he was really sorry for standing you up, it wouldn't happen multiple times. You don't say you are truly sorry about something then let it happen again so easily.
Tell him that he sucks and next time he asks to meet up, tell him a place to meet and then stand him up for a change. When he wastes his time waiting there he may understand why it sucked so bad for you.

If it was me I would not see him anymore if he cant show, why will he go off with you at work and not show up to meet u somewhere else?Are u sure he isnt married and hiding it and thats why he doesnt make it to your dates. I just dont understand why he would do you like this unless something else in his life is stopping that. I would want a man who would show up if we was supposed to meet. I am married but this is my opinion. sorry if it doesnt help u any.If he was truly sorry he wouldnt keep leaving u waiting
