2 friends in love with same guy

I have 2 really good friends. But they are both in love with the same guy. This guy knows it and he leads them both on but I truly dont think he is interested in any of them.
He seems to be a real player, I seem him a lot and everytime with a new girl. I told my friends this but they think I am just saying it so that they will move on and find a new love.
How can they love him when he doesn't really care for them and he plays with their feelings and they don't even realize it?
Is there something I can do here so they see the light??

he does seem like a player and i think he thinks it's funny to see these 2 girls fighting over him. i would show these girls the real him by instant messaging him or emailing him with an unknown profile and see his response. then print it out and show it to them. they are just infactuated with him i dont think either of the girls really truly love him at all but just think they do.

Tell both the girls ..in this way you can save the lives of both of them this guy seems to be a big flirt
