It's the latest myLot improvements a rating system that states the quality of your responses. The rate scale is between 1 and 10, administered by myLot based on myLot members ratings ("+" and "-").
Just focus on being constant on myLot and post quality replies, your star rating will eventually increase.

It is the rank of the user. The higher rank you are, then the better the contributions you have made to the myLot community. The ranks range from one to ten, with ten being the highest. Only users with a rating of 100 or higher have ranks.
You should have got an alert by now from myLot, about this.
