peace on earth!?

peace on earth - peace on earth is it possilbe

we always heard of a wish "PEACE ON EARTH" on your on view do you ever think that will be a peace on earth? i think achiving this is IMPOSSIBLE never could happen in my life time.

We can't even acheive lasting peace in most of our homes and families how are we ever going to create peace on earth? Good topic. No it is not going to happen in any of our lifetimes. Peace on earth is an ideal. There never has been peace on earth not everywhere at one time. And there probably never will be.

Perhaps, we can achieve "PEACE ON EARTH" to the extent of not having countries fight each other. But as another poster pointed out, we will never have peace in families and communities. There are always going to be born individuals who will delibrately become violent criminals. These people will destroy the peace of their own families and communities, but if we can in the future keep them out of political office, maybe we could have "PEACE ON EARTH". We can hope and pray.
