Whats Ur time for sleeping?

at what time u sleep and at what time u got up in the morning.... i sleep at 2 am and got up 7 am

when i work on night shifts, i usually sleep at 4am and wakes up around lunchtime... when i work on my other shift in which i go to office after lunch and come back home before midnight, i usually sleep at 2am and wakes up around 10-11am...
