any tips on losing weight

i,m keen to lose a stone in weight but it is a nightmare . as i work from home i have 24 hr access to the fridge in between customers.i tend to binge for a couple of hours , then i hate myself , aghh.i,ve been to weightwatchers, slimming world , tried every herbal diet pill in the health shop but it creeps back on .i,m 5 ft tall and cant carry any excess as i,m too short.help ...

yeah, just cut out excess sweets, fat in your diet, switch for juices and fresh vegetables, and drink plenty of water as it removes toxins from your body, and instead of eating 3 times a day, you can eat in small lots, add protein to your diet, and exercise 30-40 minutes atleast 2 times a week for eg, brisk walking or cycling, aerobics, swimming or other exercises

To be honest with you, personally speak I find that diets, any diets do NOT work for me and the fact of the matter is the first three letters of the word diet spell it out. The best thing is exercise, I go to the gym 5 times a week, and do a 5km run every day, as well as weightlifting to keep my body both lean and healthy. But I'm not suggesting this to you, but if you can get to a gym, perhaps go with someone, a friend for motivation, or if there is no gym near where you live, or you feel uncomfortable then take up cycling, walking or swimming, there are plenty of ways to get exercise, and you don't have to give up your favourite foods, when exercising it will speed up your metabolism and you will burn off more calories. Since going to the gym I have managed to lose 3 stone. Hope this is helpful to you. Regards *wolfie*

Hmm well have u tried excersixing? I think the best way to reduce weight is to exersixe and to check the diet. If u exersixe atleast 3 days a week and eat right kind of foods at regular intervals then bingo!!! u will c results in few days.
Well i have been excersixing for few months now and i have seen a lot of improvements.

My suggestion drink lots of water, so you feel full. This has helped me lose a few pounds. Its hard when we get older, as the weight doesn't leave quickly.

never stop eating!!!
in this way you will be able to loose your wieght!!!
