Which is the best Operatin System Linux or Windows?

windows is the best and windows vista is too good

But in windows Vista you need a much better computer to run

it depends on what you use your computer for, because there are many commercial software for windows that don't have a linux counterpart. Luckily, the list is getting shorter. For me, linux was the answer over 4 years ago. if you want, you can check out freespire.org

It's a matter of opinion, personal desires and requirements. Linux - Cheapest (Free) Windows - Majority of of software is programed for this operating system. Mac OS - Most Reliable
