how can i reduce my weight by not getting in to diet?

Whats ur height ? I feel u r slightly overweight on seeing ur pic,
Height(CMs) - 100 = Weight (Normal)
If u still want to loose weight then take these,
1. Strawberry
2. Black Grapes (Seeded)
3. Black Coffee with Honey & Lemon in the Morning
4. Pineapple (one Slice daily afternoon)
Take Oil, Fat, rice.... very very less.
and more walking & Exercises.
I was 145 KGs, after a very strict diet I reduced to 90 KGs and to reduce from 90 to 83 I did these.

Give up soda. You will be amazed at how much weight you lose just by stopping soda.

This is my goal right now as well. I don't like diets because I know I wouldn't follow it. I've been doing a few things that are different though. Simply changing my eating habits and exercising more. Start a food journal and really look at what you are eating. That is a real eye opener. After that decide what changes you can make. Only you know your level of activity and eating habits.

Just bring the video cd of Swami RamaDev and follow the instructions as they come. I think Yoga is the best we can do to keep oursleves healthy and it relieves us from most of our problems. If you cannot do much then just do one yoga exercise "PRANAYAAM" its very useful, try it and see the magic in just 2 months. Don't go for dieting...never..it will only denourish you and make you a patient and when you will get back to that diet, you will gain a more lot of weight.

go on salad and vegetable diet and i am sure you will loose some kgs fast for sure
