is fasting better than excercise????

I've been losing weight and it really wasn't that hard because I really wanted to do it and worked hard. Basically i watched what i ate, I ate healthily and regularly but I didn't snack, didn't make meals that contained a lot of fat and I didn't drink soft drinks. I also excercised every day, for between one and three hours. I think it should be a combination of excercise and eating healthy.

thats really great Brooek3.. i have started excercise but only for 15-20 mins.. n also do fasting once in a week to balance my diet... i dont take soft drinks too... but i think i ahev to do excercise more...

I also have trouble controling weight,but have found. If you starve your body of food, you will in fact gain weight, your body will take the next meal you eat and store it as fat, because it is not sure when it will feed again. It is good to eat either 6 small meals low carb, low sugar with good protein each day or 3 medium sized meals a day the sizr of your fist is a good way to portion your food. You only need to excerise for 30-40 mins per day, start slowly and work your way into it. Skipping is a excellent way to tone and loose weight quickly. Sets of 10-20 on so on.
