A few years ago I had to change my diet and get serious about looking after myself. I had to change the diet, and found after years, literally, of looking around Imanged to get a useful, cheap supply of supplements. Do you use vitamins, minerals, amino acids, or other supplements, and do you think they help? Any you'd really recommend, or advise people to avoid?

Yes I use the most completemultivitamin on the market with Olivol. I also tahe several other supplements on a daily basis. The products I take do help me. I have increased energy, my blood sugar levels stand normal, the supplement help to maintain my bodies ph levels to neutral or slightly alkaline. Most diseases like body that acidic.
I would recommend taking Usana Essential with Olivol.
