I hope you are joking because sharp pains in the chest could be very serious. You should not rely on replies from a web site but go see your doctor.

thanks for support?? You need to thank the doc for a check-up. Never stay away for something that is potentially health altering. Go make your appoint NOW

I had the same sort of symptoms, if you breathe in real deep and it feels as if you have just been stabbed in the chest, then its probs a collapsed lung (atleast it was with me), with a collapsed lung every minute is vital because the longer it stays deflated the longer that it will take to inflate!!, i had to get a chest drain in for 3 days but after that it was fine, every now and then you feel as if it has collapsed again but within a day or 2 the pains go away..

If you're that worried and feeling bad sir, it's better if you visit your doctor for a check-up--rather having regrets when it's too late ;)

i used to take forgranted my chest pains then later, i knew i am suffering from ischemia already. so, it's better to see the doctor earlier than regretting afterwards.

I would probably go to the doctor to make sure it has nothing to do with your heart or your liver. Pains like that often tend to be mocked by other things. The best thing to go in this situation is to first calm down and get to the doctor and then hopefully it is nothing serious. Any pain that has to do with the heart area or liver area should be seen imediately.

About 3 months ago. I have another appointment coming up in a couple weeks. I go every 3 months due to the medications I am on, but it also gives me a chance to discuss any other problems or questions I have with my doctor.

It's been to long. I used to go for a check-up once a year but I haven't been for one for the last 2 years. They say that if your 50 or older you should get a check-up at least once a year. My insurance doesn't start paying until I have paid at least $600.00 so the check-up cost is out of my own pocket. Luckily I haven't had any big health issued in my life so far so the only reason I go to the doctor is for check-ups.

i had been to my doctor long time ago. like 4 years i guess. i have ischemia, some sort of heart ailment. i had it treated late because i never want to see a doctor. so, i suggest you go see your doctor early so you'll know what's wrong with you and be treated earlier, too.

I went to the doctor last week and go on a regular basis as I do have some health issues. Visiting the doctor often has given me enough knowledge to know for a certainity that you need to GO SEE THE DOCTOR, NOW!
Sorry about the capitals, but this can not be emphasized too much. You have some possible very serious symptoms.
