Anyone from Erie?

I moved away after college and have only been back a few times. Anyone know what's changed?

I am, but I've only been back once since I moved. They are building a convention center on the Bayfront, and there's an Applebee's in HC....and that's it. Oh, Erie got a ColdStone.

I sure hope Erie can bounce back, they are having some hard times right now. I have great memories growing up there, though. Worked at Waldameer every summer, going to the drive-in, sittin' on the beach and cruiz'n the dock! HA, long time ago.

Where did you go to college? I went to Gannon, graduated in 2002 and moved to Nashville. My parents still live 20 minutes north of Erie so I go back frequently. Let's see in the last couple years Erie has actually gotten a Krispy Kreme, a Steak N'Shake, a couple Starbucks, built a road that connects the bayfront to I-90, had a 75ish car collision last month on I-90 and Peach Street has gotten more jam packed than ever.
