Has any of you worked for Ericsson?

I have. Ericsson is a fantastic company if you ask me. Of course there are always thing that you can complain about, but in the end you ahve to admit that this company is really taking care of their employees. You are allowed to educate yourself, try other thing within the company, travel etc etc. And if you get fed up with your current position, you can just mention this to your manager and he will help you find another position within the company, And if you get laid off, you are very well taken care of. Up to 18 months of salary and help to get a new job.

I have worked for Ericsson, and I also loved it It gave me an opportunity to travel a lot and meet friends that I keep in touch with until today, more than 2 years after I left this company
