i think it will not help you go on dieting. it contains lots of oil and fat too. i guess if you choose vegetarian pizza, that will help a bit.

I agree, it really boils down to what kind of toppings you have on your pizza but I suggest you just try to eat less rice instead of eating pizzas

No i dont think so. Although rice and bread of pizza are both wheat and rich in fiber, pizza makes you crave more because of the toppings, whether its veggies or meat, and that will make you eat more. Is its rice then you wouldn;t eat as much. Think about it.

comparing pizza and rice is like comparing apples and steak. I would suggest pizza for dieting because it's a good way of getting all four food groups in one meal.

It depends on the things you put on it. If you avoid cheese and you use good quality of tomatoes and a thin base, it could be good for a diet too.

I think it really depends on what type of dough you use and what toppings plus how much of the toppings you have. Obviously the cheese is very fatty so you wouldn't want to have much and you'd most likely need mainly veggie toppings because they contain less fat. I think it could be on par with rice but you'd have to eat only a small amount.

I think it is good for dieting. With pizza you get your carb, dairy, and vegetable in one sitting. It could be a good alternative to rice but I don't think it goes with other foods. If you just decide to eat it by it's self than go ahead and have fun. It can't be to bad for you.

I think it might depend on the base and the cheese you use, I would think picking the right base and cheese it would be a good diet as the toppings are not over cooked, but that is just my opinion,,,,,

Not generally I'm sure, but I suppose it could depend on the pizza. I make delicious cheeseless pizzas that are quite healthy.

I don't think it is a food for dieting.. But if you can have it in small quantity, it certainly is a good food.. you are not overeaten..
