I am a sucker for a particular crossbreed, an Australian kelpie/border collie cross. I've had two of them, and they're geniuses. They have a sense of humor which would leave most comedians for dead.
Put it this way: can you imagine a dog who can keep ten kids of grade school age busy for six hours, playing games the dog made up?
Let's start a library here. Dogs never get dull.

I have a dashund (teckel) that you can see in my avat picture. He is a companion for every moment of the day. And yes, he makes me laugh a lot. And when my daughter was little no toy was more funny than he was.

You've given yourself a good character reference there. One of my favorite singers, Johnette Napolitano, has a Chihuahua and they've been inseparable to the point it's hard to imagine them without each other.

My absolute favorite are english bulldogs. They are so ugly that they are cute lol.. we had one when I was little but my dad had left state and then sold the dog to come back home. ever since then I have always dreamed of having one.
I also like boxers, I have one now. she is a cutie pie. we have alot of work ahead of us with her because the last owners were kinda mean to her I think.. but she will be ok, we have lots of love to give!:)
I just like bulldog type breeds, they are all so cute.

There's no such thing as a reformed bulldog lover, is there? They're so affectionate, too. Surprisingly good natured, for a dog bred to drag down a bull, and the ones I've known are always good with kids.
