Do you like job interviews?

I hate them too...I especially hate that one question..so why did you leave your last job?...I'm thinking do you want me to lie or tell the truth?...I absolutely hate the idea of not even knowing if I will be hired..it is just a waste of time

I'm ok with job interviews. I don't think it's wasting time to hav the inteview, interviewers can't get to know everything from the resumes. During interviews, the interviewers get the chance to talk to the interviewees, the interviewees can ask questions about the company and know more about the company too. Without having interviews, both parties can't really understand each other. So I'd think interviews are necessary. I'm ok with the question "Why did you leave the previous company?" I just told the truth, of coz can't complain about the company or the people there. During the interview, I just said what I want to say, and asked the questions I want to know. I guess sincerity is the main key during the interviews.

I'm ok with job interviews. Of course I'm nervous during the interview but I don't show it. I always answer my best and show my confidence in landing the job. I know that there are times you feel that they're just interviewing you and you feel that your not going to be hired but it's part of the application process and we don't have much choice but to go through it

No I do not like them. I can not stand being put on the spot. I get very nervius and sick to my stomach.
