How does 2Checkout work?

I want to sign up for a company that pays out using 2checkout. They also offer paypal but paypal is not available for receiving money in the Philippines. How does 2Checkout work as a form of remmitance system?

I have a paypal account for myLot.
Are you sure that you really cant receive money from paypal in the philippines?
maybe what you need is to verify your account using your credit card.

I have a paypal account and I already verified it with my credit card. Paypal in the Philippines, is in fact just starting out. Paypal is not available until late last year. All Philippine based paypal accounts are limited which means we can pay or send money using paypal but we cannot receive money through paypal. There already are campaigns for paypal to extend its limited service in the Philippines. I wish I could give you the links of Paypal news in our country but I am not yet allowed to copy and paste even the url of the websites. Thanks for the advice anyway.

Yeah, paypal is already available in the Philippines but the service is limited. We can send money or pay items using paypal but we cannot receive funds via paypal yet. You can help promote for paypal to extend to us its full service by going to paypalnow.com.ph.

Which is the best payment processor. Other than 2CO and Paypal is there anything else?
