Need for the nationalisation of rivers in India

It is high time fortheGovernment of India to nationalise all the reviers passing through. Otherwise the problem now persisits between the states in sharing river water will be viewed in a big manner and will create internal problems. India can take examples from the European countries how they share the available water between them without any disastisfaction.
