I DONT KNOW WHAT ALL THE foodS THE AFRICAN GREY CAN EAT? AND WHAT NOT TO EAT? please help any one.

By now you probably know. I feed mine mostly purchased parrot food. I know you are not supposed to feed them lettuce or chocolate. They love fruit and seeds of just about any kind. Mine's favorites are peanuts and grapes. He never tires of them.

mine also loves anything potato based and goes mad for yourshire pudding lol.
