Definitely yes, the first victim is the ear and if the mobile is handled by children then the waves from it is directly hit on their brain so brain is the next victim. And when coolly we are talking on the mobile and crossing the road or driving the victim can be life itself.

Do you mean a mobile phone? Because if you are reffering to a cell phone, I do not beleive there are any real issues concerned with health.
