Falling in and out of Love

I keep falling in and out of love. I meet someone, think she's the one I've waited for all my life, that GOD designed her expressly for me...then six months later my interest sags, I get bored and meet a different "Miss Perfect". What's wrong with me? Why can't I stay in love? I heard love is just a chemical reaction in the brain. Maybe my brain gets rid of those chemicals after six or so months? I wish they would invent a pill to keep the chemical balance for love constant in the brain. Imagine...we could pop a pill to stay in love forever! Anyone have the same problem? Do girls have this problem?

Love is what you make it. What you describe is physical attraction and crushes. Trust me, you will know the difference.

Thanks for the comment. If you are correct then I suffer from endless changing crushes/physical attractions....but even if that is the case...why does my interest die? Why do I not stay in the "crush". Why do I want someone new?

i think you have to make sure of your feeling first. you see, many people fall out of love easily because they thinkl they love the person but that they are only attracted. i suggest you try making friends first and get to know each other more and more. when you're sure, then go for it.
And by the way, getting into relationship is never in finding "miss perfect". it's finding "MY GIRL".good luck
