Many are indulged in arguing upon whether man is a better manager or a woman is a better manager. But management has nothing to do with the gender. Competence, Qualification and a sharp minded personality are the main keys to the best management. Man or Woman, both are an individuals first. Every individual has his/her own nature, emotions, attitude, intellegence quotient, and other attributes. Management, whether it is home management or hotel management, is not gender specific. It's not that only woman can manage home affairs well. Quality Management depends upon the qualities of the individual who is the manager in question. Who is your better manager?
