What makes a person Strong? And what makes a person Weak?

I have to say since joining mylot i have come accross quite a few people who claim that they are weak. It really is quite saddening. I dont think anyone is weak.. i beleive that everybody has some kind of strong quality about them, do you know what i mean? Anyway i would like to know what you think makes a strong or weak person? and do you think you are strong or weak and why?...im not talking about muscles or the like...im talking about the "person" themself.
