answer :oprah's audience !
isnt it ridiculous the way oprah gives away so much stuff to people who come at her show to listen to her speak.
in my opinion.....meeting the great lady is in itself the greatest thing a person could ask for.
why is she soooo benevolent??? is she spoiling the american masses ??? maybe people now wanna be a part of the oprah winfrey show not to hear her speak but BE GIFTED with goodies. is she plain generous ? or is tht a way of making more money ??? oh common obviously she is a bussiness woman who is making millions every breathing second.
but sometimes all of this is too much.
n i know one person who agrees with me...Mr. Jon Stewart
n tht for me is enough.

she's doin that as wel rite..?n 4 all u nko the pple comin there r well dressd coz they kno millions r goin 2 c them n they dont wanna look shabby...n they mite b poor...nvr kno..watver..oprah is some1 i've always admired...she made it big 4m nothin..n hr shows r nt jus mere entertainment..they convey messages most of the time..

of course people in the audience would be well dressed! HELLO your bound to be on tv and i would prefer to look my best and not shabby right?! i disagree with your comments and i think with her giving away stuff is just part of her show! Ellen does it, Dr Phil does it, Tyra does it? she just happens to have a lot more billions to share than all the others and has a very big kind heart! good on her for doing what she wants with her $$ and sharing it with the audience and whomever - it increases her ratings, good publicity, more people want to get onto the show... Great business woman I say!!!!!

i know,i cant post a reply here because i didnt watch this movie.but,what can isay,i'm shocked that "somebody" just give away a car like dat.wow.it is our world record.anyway,the thing is,with her money and her popularity,she can even help to stop war in Iraq,Afghanistan and,maybe,even Iran.dont u all think so?

OK I would have to agree.. in a way. I mean, those that can afford to take the time to just GO to her show are lucky enough. And now after the "CAR" show, it seems that they are always expecting to get gifts from her. If she has a show airing that she is giving away stuff, I change the channel.. it's to depressing to watch how greedy people can get.
And I really get tired of her BRAGGING about all the extravagant homes she has all over the place. Does she not realize how many of us struggle to put food on the table for our kids, let alone be able to afford just 1 home??
As far as the 'gift giving' I think alot of that has to do with her taxes every year. If she don't give it away she has to pay more for it!

Honestly, I don't know who Oprah is except she is the famous presenter. Like i've seen how she giveaway things like she want to exploit joy of other.
But i think all gift is from the sponsors who take advantage of world wide publicity by giving it in the oprah show.
