Yes of course if you are going to sleep because you never know if some circuits are expose that might cause fire. Also to save power you must put off your PC too.

yeah thanks for your reply. but some says you can leave your computer on at night and you can conserve as much energy. :D

There's no need to leave the PC on if it's not doing anything, I leave it on over night sometimes if I have active download but if not i turn it off and even unplug it too, it's safer and it does consume little power even at stand by and after all there's no reason to leave it on if it's not working.
