Poorly researched and written

If you read the book and contemplate on the sunject issue later, you can notice details which have been added to sensationalise the issue. There are instances were the author in the beginning has ostracised the catholic church and later in the same book he has tried to cover it up by generalising the issue ans saying that there are priests who believe and follow the faith. Highly contradictory versions.

Remember the book is a work of fiction. It is not a factual book per se although all the places and such are real. I have do completely disagree with there was little research done on the book because of this. Whether it was a poorly written book is quite another story.
