bribes in government offices

its really ruining our country and it should be stopped

ya we should reduce the intake of bribes in government offices this is a crime but everyone does it what can u do if u want to make a passport and police comes for verification then u will have to give him bribe and then u can't even escape it neither u can resist it coz this can make the process slow and u can even be in trouble and the making of the passport will be delayed
