u all must be aware of nothari incident. we all agree that the accused must be severly punished, even a death penalty in not enough. but there is an another take, politicians, cops, civil servents used to frequent D-5. what punishments should be given to those so called VIP's and to those cops who neglected the whole incident from the start? i think they must be punished more severely than the accused. Kiran bedi in an iterview stated that the police system is not capable of total policing? i agree with her. Do you?
