get a job or be an active student

i really like to be active on extracuriculer activity or on organitation in my university. i had been succesful to be a leader of organitation on my faculty.that was difficult because male dominate it.there was many resistance that i'd to face before.now, i am recomended to become the leader of a woman organitation. of course it will dominate my time,.on the other hand, i have problem with my single parent, my mom.the problem makes me wanna be survive alone in economic point of view.so i have to find job.i confuse.i wanna be a leader but i have to work too..do u have advice 4 me?
