Which jukebox u prefer ?

Nowadays, music are something which cannot be lack of. For me, music is part of my life. I spent long time finding for an reliable and efficient jukebox. I'm really sick of how window media player, I Tunes and Winamp works. They are reliable but not efficient. Especially when I try to add songs into it. I find these jukebox quite troublesome when I have to add songs into the library. And another issue that trouble us is the format of songs. Some are mp3 and some are not. Itunes takes a long time to convert while Windows Media Player are unable to play some formats. I have friends who faces the same trouble. Does anyone has any recommendation which jukebox I can use ?
