how many times do you post before your fingers start hurting

I've been posting for about five minutes(but I've been on the internet for about five hours, LOL) and my fingers start hurting after a while. I'm thinking maybe it's my damn keyboard, it's pretty narrow, but what's your take on this. how long do you post discussions/responses before your fingers start hurting?

Have a rest! Read a book, go to the park for a walk! You don't have to post so much. You have to be here for fun and type easy and relaxed.

I've never heard about this finger pain until today I've seen it being discussing in other discussion.
Well, I must say that my keyboard is not modern, it has got some years already and even though I don't spend much more than 1h a day posting here at MyLot during week, on weekends and holidays I spend several hours typing in MyLot, other forums and IM systems and never felt my fingers hurting.
