what songs do you listen whenever you are depressed? do you listen to melancholic music or do you prefer songs which are upbeat, well to upbeat your spirit at least?
In my case, I always listen to these songs:
The Drugs Don't Work by The Verve
Ghost by INdigo Girls
Imagine by John Lennon
What a Wonderful World by Louis Armstrong
well, as the list describes, i love listening to songs which might probably add up to my depression, urgh

I'm with you. I love those songs. I also like My Immortal by Evenescense... and there is this Beth Orton song that is really good too... from the Stir of Echoes Soundtrack. You should listen to that one.
Have you heard of a band called The Dandy Warhols? They were out about the same time as the Verve.

Listen to Rascal Flatts' STAND. The lyrics and the beat of the song fit perfectly well together when the weather isn't so friendly, so to speak. When I'm all pa-girl and dramatic, I wallow and act up with The Carpenters in the background.
