we are benefitted either ways, by responding to others and by starting our owns. it actually works on the basis of quality. we earn on basis of number of responses we can manage to get and it's directly proportional. and when u r responding, try to write quality stuff in more that 3-4 sentences with good adjectives and proper punctuations. read through the responses of your discussions and make sur to comment on them. make more good friends, respond to their posts and message them often. in this way they would be initiated to respond to urs aswell. active referrals generate earnings aswell. pls read through the guidelines of myLot when in trouble. thank you

referals is like bank account if they do get interest in this then u get money for it............discussions will earn u definately...adding tags and reply shud more than 3-4 sentences...tht earns u more.

i was told that reffering is the best way to earn.now im looking for a good way to find referrers.but then I post maximum 20 discussions per day.trying to make more posts.you also reply to discussions.also start your own discussion.site says they will pay for all these.mark best response if you find the user giving good answer.when you do this,people will also help you back.if you get marked as best response,the site pays extra for that also.

I don't know about get paid because i have signed for 20 mins. So i'll try to do like another person to make a new interested discussion and make more reply for website.
