We all have to eat...Here is a recipe I think you should try...Let me know is you like it. Barbecued Beef Stew 2 slices bacon, diced 2 medium carrots, sliced 1 large onion, cut in half and sliced 1 1/2 pounds boneless beef for stew 1 14 1/2 can of diced tomatoes 1 14 1/2 can of beef broth 3/4 cup smoky BBQ sauce 2 tablespoons molasses 1 tablespoon prepared mustard 2 teaspoons Worchestershire sauce 3-4 medium potatoes cut into chunks Minced parsley 1. Cook bacon in a large pot over low heat until bacon renders its fat and is limp Raise to medium heat, add carrots and onion cork for about 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until onion is softened. 2. Add beef, tomatoes broth, BBQ sauce, molasses, mustard,and Worechestersire sauce. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 45 minutes. 3.Add potatoes, cover and continue to simmer for 30 minutes. Uncover and simmer 15 minutes or until potatoes and meat are tender and sauce is slightly thickened 4. Serve bowls of stew garnished with parsley

Wow, that sounds great! And with a major winter storm heading our way, sounds like good comfort food! I'm definitely gonna try this! Thanks for the great recipe! Got any more??????...lol

I have alot of recipes...I am a single dad that loves to cook and experiment in the kitchen...how about some Cornmeal cheddar biscuits to go with the beef stew or some bacon chesseburger chili
