Why is it so much harder to loose weight when you get older?

I find it a lot harder to loose weight now that i am older than what it was when i was younger
why do you think that this is?

I have wondered this myself. I think it is because overall we are not as active so we are not burning the calories. You know how kids are, they are always running to get from one place to another, they have all that energy and burn up all those calories.

coz one gets lazier and the body metabolism gets slower thats y it gets hard to move ur bum so how can one loose weight & yes at a certain age u automatically start shrinking

i do try thou but it is defently a lot harder to loose weight and i am prob more on the go now than what i have ever been

the way its difficult to learn new thing when you are getting older day by day the same way its hard to loose weight when you are getting older
