What exactly is the earning structure in mylot?

I have been in mylot for the past one week. I have earned some money. But I would like to know how they calculate money for each action (like 2 cents for responding to a discussion). I request the senior mylot members to give advise so that new members like me can be benefitted from it.

Hey nice to have this discussion .... coz i am not sure about the earning structure..coz every day i get paid with different rates..........
