Free Unveristy Canada

There are no "free" universities or colleges in Canada, however, if you were looking to immigrate to Canada (to live here permanently), the government offers many skills/training courses to new Canadians to get them employed-after that, you would have a much better chance of attending any school in Canada you wished to attend, and by being a citizen/landed immigrant, you could apply for student loans and get the funding you needed to attend school here.
